Extremely disappointed-ONE STAR

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this recent experience has left me completely frustrated and disappointed. I ordered a product that arrived with a broken pump, making it unusable. I reached out multiple times via email and phone, but received no resolution for weeks. After finally being instructed to return the item, I waited even longer for a replacement—only to receive another broken pump.

To make matters worse, I never received a prepaid return label for the second return, nor have I been issued a full refund. Despite my loyalty and numerous attempts to get this resolved, I’ve been met with silence. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I will be rethinking future purchases unless major improvements are made.
