Returns Policy
DermLuxe is dedicated to being the best skincare provider to all our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may request to return your item(s) within 30 days upon receiving your order in the mail based off of our provided tracking details.
Start A Return
To start a return, you'll need to complete a returns form. We’ll then send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
DermLuxe will notify you upon receiving your return, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Promotional Value
Promotional value is subject to adjustment. For promotions with a minimum required purchase amount, promotional savings will be deducted from refunds if a cancellation or return causes your order subtotal to drop below the required purchase amount.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
