How to Use

Step 1: Cleanse the skin
Step 2: Apply a thin layer of Obagi NU-CIL™ Eyelash Enhancing Serum to the base of the upper lash line. (Do not apply to the lower lid or any other areas)

I had to return it….

My eyelids had a bad reaction to this serum. That surprised me because I’ve had such great success using the eyebrow serum anyway my eyelids and surrounding eye area began to get red and discolored within the first week and by week two, I looked terrible. I had to return it.
