Jan Marini Regeneration Booster Face Lotion

Absolutely love Jan Marini products. I get compliments often on how my skin looks good and glowing. Skin Essentials unfortunately has a sticky finger employee. My order receipt enclosed with my products indicate a free item; however, the only thing enclosed in my boxes are the items I purchased.

This product is helping to reduce the redness in my skin. My skin feels more hydrated also.

Love the results so far. The only thing I didn't particularly like is that I received the product without the clear seal that Jan Marini products normally have.

I am a skin care freak! Along with being a nurse in the aesthetics business. I have my pick of very expensive hig end products and I get them and almost half off. This is one thing we dont sell, and I will absolutely buy this at full price. It evens tone, gives me that plump squishy face like on my youth. I am 55 now, hanging on! I have used many other growth factor serums, doesnt quite cut it. This is top notch. I recommend HIGHLY.

The Jan Marini Skin Research Regeneration Booster is their skincare lines face lotion. It comes in a simplistic 1oz metal/plastic pump. It is formulated with: humectants (glycerin, shea butter, mango seed butter), skin-friendly oils (sunflower, castor oil, meadowfoam), ceramides, green tea, essential omega fatty acids (linoleic acid, linolenic acid), sodium hyaluronate (sodium salt of hyaluronic acid), and the like. There doesnt appear to have added fragrance, nor does it have a discernable smell. It has an excellent formulation, in my opinion. Gentle, hydrating, fragrance-free.

The lotion itself is thin and yellowish, akin to the lines serum. Directions say to use sparingly, which is odd to me. I pump 2-3 times and get just enough to cover my face and neck. The booster absorbs almost immediately when used on its own. When used with other products in the JMSR line, the absorption isnt as instantaneous. When they advertise this as a product booster, it does seem to work best with items in this line specifically.

If you are already using other products in the Jan Marini Skin Research line, I think the addition of a $215 (at the time of purchase) 1oz pump of face lotion is unnecessary. Recently, I have been using their serum and sunscreen, both with my regular, no-frills moisturizer and then with this booster. I didnt see much of a difference between my regular moisturizer and the use of the JMSR booster. It is merely a very expen$ive brand-specific moisturizer.

Given my experience with the booster, coupled with other JMSR skincare, I cannot justify a near $200 1oz pump of lotion. I can get something for a fraction of the cost, more ounces, fragrance-free, and still get the hydration and nutrient benefits with similar ingredients. I will give the JMSR Regeneration Booster high marks for the quality of ingredients and the application. Still, I think users are paying more for the brand and marketing than anything else with this pricetag.
