Can't get the product out

Not happy with this purchased at all. I can barely get any product out so it's been extremely frustrating to us. The dropper barely picks up any of the formula which makes me think that the bottle is definitely half full/empty! This happened on the first day. I've emailed Skin Essentials my concern with the product but have not heard back from them about returning this. I've bought their serums before so it may just be faulty packaging. That said, I don't think I should be paying for this.

I think it has helped with the texture and feel of my skin. My only complaint is the bottle seemed to be less than half full when I got it. I am running out way too quick.
