In the past I used Dr. Dennis Gross exfoliating overnight pads for face and I noticed the results immediately the next morning. For that reason I wanted to try body pads that will help exfoliate body skin and keep body skin soft and clean from blemished and brown spots. Each pad is individually wrapped. Pads are easy to use. I will be honest I ask my significant other to help use the pads on the hard to reach areas on my back. Results are immediate. I apply this product overnight and I notice the difference int eh morning after shower. Sometimes I follow up with body oil and sometimes I apply really rich body lotions (especially the ones that are rich in shea butter).

Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Exfoliating Body Treatment: These individually wrapped wipes are soaked in a medicinal smelling solution, but it�s not a bad smell. The folded wipes are large and fairly thick. I have bumps (Keratosis pilaris) on my arms, plus my legs can get really flaky and dry. One wipe is plenty large and saturated with ample solution to wipe my arms and legs all over. I saw some improvement in the bumps on my arms after just one use and they look even better after three uses. While the bumps aren�t gone, they�re flatter and shrinking from drying out. I felt slight stinging a few minutes after I wiped the bumpy areas of my arms and also got a warming sensation the first use, but this treatment doesn�t feel uncomfortable or cause visible irritation. In addition to helping the bumps, the skin on my arms feels smoother overall. This treatment also does a great job exfoliating and getting get rid of flaky skin on my legs. They seem to absorb my body lotion and oils better, so my legs look and feel smoother and more hydrated. Love the benefits so far. 5 stars.
