Apply OI Soufflé to washed, towel dried hair.<br />Distribute the product evenly through the lengths and ends, avoiding application to the roots. Most hair types and lengths will need 3-4 pumps of OI Soufflé, but if you have very fine hair start with 2 pumps.<br />There is no need to rinse, simply style as required.
