This is my favorite moisturizer for my eye area. I have been using it for years. It absorbs so fast and doesnt feel oily.

Best moisturizer

Its lite, non greasy, best moisturizer.

SPF free?

I have extremely sensitive skin. I avoid SPFs because they turn my skin all red, blotchy, and itchy. This does not. This light lotion is non greasy, absorbs quickly, and gives my skin a light layer of protection. It is not the same as the Borghese Serum Costco used to carry, but appears to be an acceptable substitute (for the time being).
