Shipping Policy
Every effort is made to ship packages as quickly as possible. Normally orders received by 2:00pm EST Monday - Thursday, and 12:00pm on Friday will be processed the same day. All shipments are subject to product availability.
Orders are processed business days Monday - Friday except US federal holidays and observed religious holidays.
Orders being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska may take up to 45 to 65 days to be delivered
We also offer Expedited Shipping for an additional charge.
Sorry, we currently do not offer free international shipping.
Need to cancel your order?
Order fulfillment starts as soon as possible. If you need to to cancel your order, you must cancel before 2:00pm EST on the day you purchased. If your order was placed after 2:00pm EST, you must cancel before 10:00am the following day. Cancellations or delivery fee refunds cannot be processed after 2:00pm EST.

Damaged Items
We do our very best to ensure that every item in your order arrives safely! If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, please keep the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately, email cs@dermluxe.com or call (855) 595–8800.
Returns Policy
DermLuxe is dedicated to being the best skincare provider to all our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may request to return your item(s) within 30 days upon receiving your order in the mail based off of our provided tracking details.
