I am a garden designer in the Deep South, where the sun is very strong; and I am fair-complected, so I really need a sunscreen that works. Shiseido Ultimate Sun Protection Lotion Wetforce Spf 50 for Sensitive Skin is the absolute best. It has no scent, does not run into my eyes when I sweat, and leaves my skin velvety soft. It also does not cause acne breakouts, which I am prone to with other sunscreens. The only caveats are that 1) it does have somewhat of a whitening effect, which I accept because physical blockers are the most reliable and I dont want to mess around with skin cancer; and 2) you need to use a facecloth to scrub the sunscreen off at the end of the day. But once you emerge freshly scrubbed from the shower, your skin feels magnificent -- and untouched by the suns harmful rays.
